(Please note: This is not a fee from Mt. Carmel; these are fees charged by FACTS for enrolling in a payment plan)

*If you select an annual (pay in full), or semi-annual plan, MCCA will cover the $25 FACTS enrollment fee for the 2024-2025 school year!
Discounts & Scholarships:
Mt. Carmel Christian Academy offers the following tuition discounts and scholarships to qualifying students. Discounts and scholarships may not be stacked and will only be awarded to K5 - 12th grade students. Students who qualify for multiple discounts and scholarships will receive the one that offers the largest discount. Please note that preschool students do not qualify for any scholarships or discounts.
RenewaNation Scholarship:
Students in K5 and 1st grade, students who transfer from a public school, or students who transfer from another state may apply for the RenewaNation scholarship. Families with household income up to 300% of the federal poverty level can qualify. Once initial eligibility is met, students are eligible to apply in all subsequent years that they remain enrolled at MCCA. The amount awarded is based on need and the availability of funds. This is an untapped source of funding for many private school families in Virginia, so please contact the MCCA office for more details. Applications and due dates will be released as announced by RenewaNation at the beginning of each semester.
Alumni Scholarship:
Graduates of MCCA are eligible to receive a $500 discount per year (one per family).
Kindergarten Scholarship:
Families of a child who completes preschool at MCCA qualify for a 10% tuition discount when enrolling their child in kindergarten.
Legacy Discount:
Full-time staff members of MCCA receive a 50% tuition waiver for any grandchild enrolled at MCCA.
MCRBC Membership Scholarship:
Members of Mt. Carmel Regular Baptist Church qualify for a 10% tuition discount for each child enrolled.
New Family Referral Credit:
Current MCCA families that refer MCCA to a new enrolling family may receive a tuition credit of $250 per family for up to three families. The current family may opt to gift all or part of the credit toward the tuition expense of the new family. Referrals must be submitted to the MCCA office upon enrollment.
Shepherd Scholarship:
Because we value partnership with Bible-believing churches in the community, MCCA offers men who are currently serving as lead pastors a 50% tuition discount on their children’s tuition and a 25% tuition discount on their grandchildren’s tuition. A letter of verification of employment from your church’s leadership body must be submitted to the MCCA office each year. Men who are currently serving as associate pastors may be considered for the tuition discount on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of the MCCA School Board.

The Tuition Assistance Program is based on financial need.
