In September, 1976, Mt. Carmel Christian Academy opened its doors for the first time. With a faculty of four, approximately twenty students began the first semester of the first year.
The school was the vision of Mt. Carmel Regular Baptist Church. Its purpose was to offer a superior education with a Biblical worldview, to partner with parents in training their children to know and serve the Lord Jesus Christ.
It was the commitment of the people of MCRBC, the faithfulness of God, and His blessing that made this endeavor possible, and it has been God’s continued blessing that has sustained our school for 50 years.
We invite you to join us as we celebrate 50 years of inspiring generations and shaping hearts and minds for Christ. Plans are underway for a fantastic weekend of celebrating, including volleyball/basketball games, gala dinner, worship service and more.
